Payment Address

Hi,

I just sold an item, I don't do this very often, and the address in PayPal is different to the address given in Ebay.

I seem to recall that I need to only send to the same address ? Is this correct ?

Hi @suzyra,

Great question! The only way to be covered by Seller Protection is to send the package to the address provided on PayPal. This protects your payment if a dispute is filed. You can always request the buyer resubmit the payment after checking the addresses if you're unsure. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon! 🙂
