PayPal request notification

Hi does anyone know when PayPal sends automatic reminders for outstanding payment requests? I know the facility to send a reminder but need to know please if and how often PayPal sends reminders for them. Thank you x

Hi @Emily58,

 

Thank you for your question! Reminders for payment are not automatically sent. If you've sent an invoice, there will be an option to send a reminder. I do not believe that option is available on payment requests as well, though I could be mistaken!
