PayPal multi ship is not working dec 16 2019

Hi there!

All was going so smooth!  Until it wasn't!

None of my shipments are saving to the multi-ship manager where you can click a shipment and then process the label, etc.  Is this happening to anyone else?  Or does anyone know how to fix it?  I've tried logging out and back in, contacting paypal via chat....waiting on their reply.  Thank you!

You'll be waiting a long time. How does one get a human to reply at Paypal? Do they employ actual people?
