i sold a bike sold on ebay and and organise shipping by parcelforce via parcelcompare. the delivery and transaction was fine but i have now received a second invoice requesting a further payment of £72 because they claim the item was over weigh. i cannot contact them buy phone, i have emailed but they replied to say that another department could respond, but i have not had a response and want to make sure they do not try to collect the additional payment as i believe the package was not overweight
