PLEASE HELP ME...... I Just want my account SORTED

Well they have limited my account for the second time in the last 2-3 months no one seems to know what they are talking about. All my messages in the resolution / message centre have been deleted. I just want to close the account off as it was set up wrong but you think it the amount of 10-15 people ive spoken to that anyone could help me NNNOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! so today i have logged back in to see what is going on and again they have restricted it! Ive set up another account under the proper ABN number and the format the business is structured and now they have put a hold on both when this is what was said to be done.. SO I BLOODY GIVE UP.. you guys suck as a company i cant believe after 8 years of using you this is the way i get treated and the lack of incompetence your staff have got........
