Is Paypal now including sales tax when billing out of State buyers?
I just sold an item to someone in New Jersey, and I am in New York State. Normally, our invoicing system only charges sales tax for buyers in New York State, but in this case, it appears that the buyer paid sales tax as well, which we've never seen before.
