When going to https://www.paypal.com/shiplabel/home. If I choose the first option "Print a label for a PayPal order" all the orders show and can create the labels and print individually. If I choose the second option "Print labels for multiple PayPal orders" No orders show. In chat sessions they keep giving me instructions to enter each one manually which defeats the purpose. From tutorials I've seen on Youtube the orders should show. Any idea's?
