I was trying to ship a package to an APO address which required custom form. After everything is ready to be process, I am getting the following message.
Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred.
Please check your shipping preferences to make sure the correct printer is selected.
I looked everywhere to find shipping preferences to make sure the printer is selected correctly, but I can't find it. Can someone please help? Thank you very much!
