What basically we are looking for is a way to send partial payments (like the Parallel/Chained payments that Paypal had before).
Currently using Payouts for this but this is not the ideal way as well as Payouts Charge an additional $0.25 for each Payouts we do above the Paypal fees, so for a $1 payment $0.58 goes as fees and we will probably receive $1-$5 payments.
What we are looking for:
Our partners will come to the site and connect they existing paypal account with ours so that we know they are verified.
Once they have done it they will receive any payments that comes their way via us, and for the service we keep a percentage of the money that came in.
Please let us know what is the correct way of doing this as right now we are just paying fees.
