I am trying to buy a label through multiorder shipping and keep getting an error message that says "something went wrong, please try again." I have done this multiple times and it will not work.
I tried exiting, logging off and on and nothing I do seems to work.
Anyone else having these issues or know how to resolve it?
I am currently having this issue too. I contacted PayPal through their messaging system but when I tried to leave my message I got an message back that messaging was down.
i am having the same issue! The only way that I've been able to get it to work is when I purchase more than 1 shipping label. If i ship more than 1 item, it will let me buy it. Otherwise i just get the error message and it's kind of infuriating.
