Where did multi order shipping go? I use it every day. When I go to tools> more tools, the only tools that show up are the 6 that are in the drop down. Anyone else having this issue?

Go here and re-add them to the favorites menu by clicking the heart icon:

The different categories to add the ones you use are on the left.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
