Multi-Order Shipping says that I am not verified

I have had a Paypal account since 2018. I am a seller and I do my shop through Depop and Instagram and buyers pay me through Paypal and I create my shipping labels through Paypal. All of a sudden yesterday I went in to create a shipping label and it said I needed to verify my account before I could use this feature. Keep in mind that I had been using the Multi-Order shipping for the past few months and even within the past few days and this message appeared all of a sudden. Both my bank and card are up to date and confirmed. Please help!

I also called Paypal and they sent me through 5 different agents and they continuously told me there was nothing wrong with my account and they didn't see an issue. It just continued to become more frustrating because I was like I KNOW THERE IS NOTHING WRONG! WHICH MAKES IT SO WEIRD I CANNOT ACCESS MY MULTIORDER SHIPPING!
