Multi Order Shipping not working for second day in a row

Is anyone having trouble with the multi order shipping? I have not been able to pay & print my postage for 2 days.

I texted with PayPal and they were not able to help me get it working.

I am using a Mac laptop and have never had issues before. I have logged out and restarted my computer, I have deleted the orders and re entered the info.

Not sure what else to try. Just continue together an error message asking me to try again later.

I'm having the same issue for about a month now.  I'm able to use this service on my iPhone but it just clocks on the Mac. Other parts of PayPal work fine on the Mac but the multi-order shipping is not working.  I have no idea how to fix this- I've used it on the Mac for over a year with no issues but now it's just not working.
