Multi Order Shipping Problem

As of last week I've noticed that some of my orders no longer show up in MultiOrder Shipping. They still show up under Activity > All Transactions >Search for Customers name > And under Actions I can select "Print shipping label" but I would say roughly 30% of my orders no longer show up on the  "MultiOrder Shipping" screen. Also when I click on shipping label from the Activity Screen, it no longer has the customers address and defaults to Wisconsin (99.5% of my orders are in Florida) as default state on the "Ship to Address" screen. Any idea what may have changed?
