I contacted the customer service by using the contact us via email form. They then reply on message center, which apparently is just a blank page when I enter it. I've tried on different devices (laptop, phone, tablet) and different browsers and their app, without any luck.
I've tried to contact customer service regarding the problem, but then they answer again on message center which I can't access as I also stated in the enquiry.
It's literally just a blank page, and I can't find any other way to contact them as their phone lines are closed during the pandemic (in my country), I've also messaged them on facebook, but it's just a bot that keeps replying. The message center worked completely fine about a week ago.
