Maryland Sales and Use Tax appears incorrect at checkout

eBay is attempting to charge me 6.5% sales tax at checkout. The Maryland sales and use tax is actually 6.0% (See: https://www.marylandtaxes.gov/business/sales-use/file-it.php). Am I missing something? Should I be tipping eBay 0.5%?
