There used to be dropdown option: Mark As Paid and you could indicate via which other method the payment was done. I cannot find it anymore. It must be a Paypal bug. I enter EVERY invoice in Paypal. Canceling some invoices makes them look like black money.
Thanks for your post! We have actually had a few updates. If you go into the invoice itself, in the top right corner you should see an option that says More. If you click on that, you would want to select the option Record a Payment. From there, it gives you the option to record how you were paid and how much.
