Logo has gone from invoice template and cannot update

Hello,

I've had the same template for a number of years, displaying my company logo and details, everything worked fine, i could create invoices from the template with no problems. Now when I create a new invoice the logo is not displayed, I've tried creating new templates, modifying the existing template and everytime I try and upload a logo I get:

 

Logo was not added successfully.

 

No matter what file format, pixel size the logo refuses to be added to the template or invoice.

 

Please help!

Yeah, PayPal mucking things up with some of the functions. Not sure what's going on. The logo isn't appearing for me either and can't seem to add it. Not of fan of these sudden interface updates that breaks other functions. And this is with a US personal account.
