Link ebay ID to PayPal settings

Hi

I'm having a problem with linking eBay id to PayPal business settings. I'm trying to apply for merchant rates. 

I can't really find the option to link it. When i'm applying the form is declined. PayPal says that i didn't have any sales in last months. 

I definitely went over the limits which should let me pay less fees. 

I think that linking eBay id will be a solution.

Go to profile settings, then to My Settings, then to "Log in with PayPal" and see if you can remove the eBay link. Look in the "Stay logged in for faster purchases" setting too. Then go to eBay and unlink and relink. Also clear out browser cache and restart device.

You don't have to apply anymore,Paypal wil automatically adjust your fee based on your $$ volume
