Issue with PayPal Commerce Platform program

I'd like to go live with my Platform App, and I already filled out the application form to apply for the PayPal Commerce Platform product.

I already submitted the form on August 27th, but I don't have a response from PayPal yet.

Does anyone know how I can see the status of the requestor how long should I wait to receive confirmation?
