Is there a way to prepare and send a subscription link to someone directly from PayPal

Hi,

 

Is there a way to request a subscription, similar to the request money procedure within the PayPal portal? 

I am not interested on having subscription going through my website or create a subscription button, every customer has a different contract and different fee. What I would like to do, is to login to my PayPal account and similar to the Request Money tool, I would like to prepare a subscription and send the link to my client for approval and start receiving recurring payment. Is there such a way to accomplish this?
