I'm new to using paypal and I couldn't find anything in the community or in the help section that answers my question. My home state where I have nexus has changed the way they want merchants to collect taxes. I have close to 700 different zip codes with their own rate. To enter each one individually into paypal will require excessive amount of time and effort. Is there a way to upload a csv file to add these to my account? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
