Is the system down for sending or paying requests?

I have not been able to send or pay requests since 11;00 cst today.  Is the system down?  Appears to be a glitch on the account selection page.

We are not aware of any issues at the moment. If you face the issue again, I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours to let the system reset. This should help you solve the issue!
