Invoices

I’m not receiving invoices from sellers...this has happened twice today and I have verified with both that they have my email correct it’s not even showing in my paypal account that I have invoices

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

The invoice appears on your Summary page below the "Pending" heading. If you are not seeing it there I recommend checking that the email address on your account is confirmed. This is necessary to receive invoices and payments from other users. 
 

Here’s how to confirm your email address:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
  3. Click Update next to "Email."
  4. Select the email address you want to confirm, click Confirm and we will send you an email.
  5. Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.

If this is already done, I recommend getting in touch with our customer service team so we can take a closer look at this for you. You will find our contact details by clicking Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page.
