Invoices saying sent, but not being recieved or put into Manage Invoices history

Hello all. I use PayPal invoices for my business multiple times a week. About half an hour ago, I filled one out to be sent to two customers, as they wanted to each pay for their half. I have done this many times and never had any issues, but this particular one never actually got sent. I get the green "invoice sent" pop-up whether on mobile or web, but I get no confirmation email, they don't receive it, and it doesnt show this one invoice as ever being sent. It isn't in my drafts, either, so I have no clue what's going on. I was wondering if there is anything I can do, what I might be doing wrong suddenly, or if anyone else is experiencing this? I just sent a different invoice perfectly fine four days ago, so this is a little frustrating. Thank you all for any suggestions!
