Hello. I sent someone a invoice and it's been more than 48 hrs with no response or payment. Can I open a claim? What are my options?

When you send an invoice that does not guarantee a payment. The buyer would have to open that invoice and submit the payment accordingly. You cannot make any "claim" to payment on an open invoice. If they don't pay it and they won't respond, you'll simply need to move on and find another buyer. If you do this I would recommend that you cancel the current invoice.
