Invoice payment screen not loading

Has anyone else run into this on the mobile site or app? It worked before and I got over half of the invoice that was sent to me paid and then my account got restricted, so I went through all the steps to get it reinstated and now I have it back but now when I try to pay on the invoice by clicking pay in full or even typing in an amount, it just reloads the invoice page and doesn't let me do anything! Please help!
