Invoice after payment is done

How is it possible to do below:

Hello, from our website clients can pay using PayPal as payment gateway.

After a payment is done I need an invoice to be sent to me and my client.

In the invoice I want to have business details, payment details as well as processing fees etc.

How can I accomplish that?
