Hi I recieved a cash payment for a invoice which was sent. I update my account and makes it as paid by cash. But when I check my sales insight it does not show up on there. My question is does cash payments show in your sales insights. Thanks
I am sorry to hear that you are unable to see a payment that was sent. If they paid you to your PayPal account, we will send you an email notifying you when it is completed. If you have not received an email stating a payment has been sent to you, that means they have not completed the request. When it clears, you will see the funds in your balance.
