Indicating for services rendered on my invoice

Mr. newbie here. Just sent my first invoice. My client complained it did not indicate "for services rendered" Is there a place on the invoice template for doing this?

Welcome to the PayPal Community.

When you send an invoice you should see the option to mark the requested payment is for goods or services.
