INVOICING TWICE

I SOLD A CUSTOMER A COIN AND INVOICED HIM FOR IT. A LITTLE BIT LATER HE BOUGHT SOME MORE COINS AND WANTED TO BE INVOICED ONCE FOR ALL OF THE COINS. HE PAID FOR ALL OF THE COINS BUT HE STILL HAS THAT INVOICE WITH PAYPAL FOR THAT FIRST COIN. HOW DOES HE (OR ME) DELETE THAT INVOICE?

If first invoice is unpaid, go to Manage Invoices page and click Cancel in the Action menu for the invoice.
