I have packages that I need to get my postage labels made and printed out so I can get them in the mail. When I log in to my PayPal account, It opens up but only shows half the page and then the circle that goes around and around like it's trying to load....but it never finishes loading. I did do a money transfer earlier today, but I've never had that be a problem before. I even tried going to www.paypal.com/shipnow and it does the exact same thing. I was wondering if they were working on the site....or if there's another problem??
