I want the invoice to have TAX number & the Tax on the total, how i do that?

i have an online shop that sells digital content and I'm having few issues to setup my invoice for the customers  

i want to have my TAX number & The total of the tax to be on the invoice when sent to the customers?

How i can do that?

Also PayPal say i should put the shipping tracking number but my website is digital, how can i fix that?
