Lately, i've been getting these huge amount of invoice from a paypal user i don't know. I've already cancelled the first ones that i received but there it is again and some are even "paid" but of course I didn't do any of this. Weird thing is I don't receive any notifications for these.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
