I seem I can't void my shipping label

I created a shipping label but couldn't print it for some reason.  Then I created another and was able to print it.  Now I want to void the previous one.  I search help and it showed the following instructions:

"Here's how to void a pending USPS or UPS shipping label:

1. On the Summary or Activity page, find the transaction for which you created the label.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Void Label.
3. Click Void Shipment."

The problem is I do not see the "void label"

Me too. There is NO void label at the bottom of the transaction page.

Me too, but in my email it has the void label link. When I click on that it takes me automatically to PaYPal link for USPS. Might I add this was my first time I used UPS for a PayPal label.
