I'm the seller. I was charged shipping cost three times for one item

I sold an item.  When I was printing the shipping label I had an issue with my printer.  I ended up being charged three different times for the same label.  The charges were slightly different which is odd.  Can I get two of them refunded to me.  I only shipped one item.  Help!  Thanks!
