I cannot transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank in the USA

Hi. I cannot transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank in the USA because when I give the routing number and the account number and try to make the link, it gives me this error.
"Sorry, we're unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank."

Don't know if this will work but try making a withdrawal from this page:

https://www.paypal.com/cr/webapps/mpp/withdrawal-options

Scroll down to US bank transfer option.

For further assistance with linking your bank:

1. Go to: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Click Account profile and set up
3. Click Bank account
4. Click Link and confirm
5. Scroll down to Message Us
