I can't print labels. Keep getting errorcode 60017! What does that mean?

I am also getting this message. What does it mean? It says it's "solved" on this thread but clearly not...I am not shipping anywhere near Canada.

Saw in older posts concerning this error that it is associated with Canada Post.  I keep getting this error message trying to print a shipping label for IL.  Sure hope it is fixed sooner rather than later.

Also saw that this had something to do with Canada, however, I'm not shipping with in the USA, not Canada, and am getting this error for every single order.
