I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I currently sell small orders that don't cost much to ship, but I can't seem to find the right settings that will apply shipping costs. For my Domestic shipping I am using Expedited Flat Rate Shipping. I have it set to apply a 1 dollar shipping rate for anything below $20, etc. The settings for International Shipping similar, if a bit more expensive. But no shipping ever gets applied. What am I missing or doing wrong?
Thanks in advance for any help on this. My Shopping Cart software is designed for digital orders and so I am relying on Paypal to calculate shipping for this new enterprise.
