I sold something online using paypal, and shipped with UPS with insurance. The buyer received the package, and it didn't have any visable damage, but the electronics don't seem to be working anymore. They are going to return the product, but can I submit a UPS insurance claim? If so how do I actually do it, as I don't see any buttons, etc for this. Note I am not in business selling things, was just cleaning out closet.
PS. In this case who is responsible for return shipping? Can buyer use the free Paypal return shipping feature?
