SHIPPING CARRIER IS RIGHT BUT AT THE SAME TIME WRONG. Here is what I mean;
> I'm the seller
> I Receive notification of order received
> Open transaction details and click on SHIP in order to create a shipping label.
> This is set to Canada Post
> I select Expedited every time, enter the weight and size of package and ship date.
> I receive my rate, and click on confirm/pay.
> I'm then given the opportunity to print the Canada Post shipping Label, which I do.
> I have discovered that the link, in the transaction details, to track the shipment does not work. FOR SOME ODD REASON, THE SHIPPING CARRIER SWITCHES TO UPS!!!!!!
> I overcame this by going to the transaction details and click on "edit tracking information". I switch the carrier to Canada Post and all is good EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. I can not reprint the shipping label, if I need to.
> This has been going on for years but I'm finally trying to get help on this.
So, the question is, HOW CAN I HAVE THE DEFAULT SHIPPING CARRIER SET TO CANADA POST AND IT STAY ON CANADA POST. Please note that I have gone to my Profile, Shipping Preferences, Shipping Carrier. It lists UPS and Canada Post. I can not delete UPS.
