NY State allows tax-free purchases of clothing up to $110. After that sales tax is charged. Jewelry is always taxed, whatever the amount.
How to I set this up in PayPal? There don't seem to be any controls to allow a threshold (presumably $110.01 or more), or to assign an 'always on' sales tax to a category, i.e., jewelry.
I'd appreciate guidance about how to make this happen! Thanks in advance!
