Is there a way to update the payment confirmation email that automatically is sent to someone upon completion of sale? I want to add a line regarding our offices being temporarily closed due to COVID-19 and their gift cards will ship out as soon as we reopen. Please advice. Thank you
Payment confirmation that is sent by PayPal is system generated and there is no option to edit the content. You can directly send a message to the buyer so that they can also be aware for latency of the item due to Covid
