I do some digital art commissions from time to time. Since it's all digital I don't ever need to ship anything. Sometimes my invoices will be paid and the shipping pops up but I normally can take it off. Recently shipping keeps popping up, asking me to ship things, but for some reason I can't take it off. I always remove the shipping option in my invoice, but for some reason paypal still adds it on. Is there any way for me to remove shipping? If I can't, will paypal put me in hot water if I don't ever put anything in the shipping selection? Could I just put canceled in the shipping and remove tracking? would that work?
I'm starting to think maybe if I tell my customers to not put their address that this will stop happening. If someone could help me out I would appreciate it. I've looked everywhere and I can't find an up to date answer on my problem 😞
