How do I stop automatically charging sales tax?

My account was set up long ago to automatically charge sales tax for Buy It Now buttons, when used in California. With the new paypal website layout, I cannot find anywhere to turn this feature OFF.

You can override the sales tax calculator within the button itself:

Unfortunately, access to the sales tax calculator module is not readily available with personal accounts but try accessing it via this page:
