I apologised that English is not my first language. I use Recurring payments dashboard to run subscription. However, I see that there is 'subscriptions app' on tools page. Aren't they the same thing? From manage subscriptions page. I was able to view my customers profile. But the data wasn't synced? There was no subscription plans and nothing shows up on overview.
Is there a way to move the data on recurring payments app to subscriptions app? Or do I have to cancel all customers in recurring payments app and start over again on subscriptions app?
