How can I set up a tax table to include tax in the invoices that I send out?

How can I set up a tax table to include tax in the invoices that I send out? I think I just have my PayPal set up as a personal account, so maybe I don't have this option? I can't seem to find the tax table. TY.

The documentation @ https://developer.paypal.com/docs/admin/checkout-settings/#access-your-sales-tax-rates-in-your-accou... is wrong as the steps documented don't work anymore:

1. Profile and settings.

2. From the left menu, click My selling tools.

This menu items don't exist an more. How can I acces this page? Need to reset EU VAT for digital goods to 19% and to remove UK from the table 😉
