How can I cancel a postage label that I have not used?

Tying myself in knots trying to find out the info - system is rubbish for sellers.  Can anyone help me please.  I would appreciate it.

You can cancel your postage label if you haven’t used it, and it hasn’t been more than 7 working days since you created the label.

Here’s how to cancel your postage label:

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Locate the payment in your Activity.
3. Select the payment to open the Transactions Details page.
4. Near the bottom of the page, click Delete Label.
5. Enter the required information.
6. Click Cancel Label and Request Refund.
