My business partner and I currently have a Merchant account together. In January of 2020 I sold my half of the business to him. I need to remove me from the merchant account. How do I do this? I have called merchant account support and cannot get through, it simply says we cannot help you at this time and hangs up.. absolutely terrible customer service!!
