I am trying to invoice a customer a sum of money that requires numerous transactions of less than £10k. They are checking out as a guest without a PayPal account as credit card is the preferred method of payment. So far a £8k payment has been made but now the customer just receives an "We're sorry things don't seem to be working at the moment" error.
Can someone please advise if there are any guest limitations to making payment. Our account is fully verified without any limits imposed.
